How to Exchange Philippine Peso (Php) Currency to New Taiwan Dollar (NTD) outside Taiwan Airport?

Not all banks in Taipei exchanges Philippine peso to New Taiwan Dollar. But Bank of Taiwan, Head Office near Ximen station do.

I tried this when I almost ran out of dollars on my last day in Taipei on March 2018.  The process was easy. 

• I filled in a form and gave them Philippine Peso bills.
• Then, they checked my passport before issuing out the exchanged currency.

It took only less than 30 minutes on a Thursday morning.
