Background:

Many small business owners struggle with tracking their true profitability due to fragmented records, manual computations, and lack of structured reporting. To address this, I developed KitaTrack Lite using Google Sheets as a free, accessible solution tailored for startup owners and micro-entrepreneurs. Any owners starting out with laundry business, water refill stations, carenderia, and printing services can use the tool.

The system was designed to:
1. Simplify daily sales and expense tracking,
2. Automatically compute gross profit margins,
3. Provide quick, visual insights for decision-making,
4. Eliminate reliance on complex or paid software, and
5. Provide easy to use User Guide to simplify user experience.

Other Details:

KitaTrack Lite focuses on usability and clarity, ensuring even non-technical users can:

In this case, I used the tool Google Sheet because it is free making KitaTrack Lite easily accessible by start up business owners. This bridges the gap between raw data and actionable insight—something most small businesses lack in their early stages.
