According to BPWaterworks, Building 3 of Urban Deca Homes Tondo is yet to be turned over to them as of December 2020. I know you have your concerns because the water bill keeps piling up as the months pass by. The Property Management Office Lot 2 also reasoned that the building was turned over to them in November 2020 so there are still things to be furnished.
