For water application, BP Waterworks needs the following.
– 3 copies of valid Id’s w/ 3 specimen signature
– 3 copies of PTO
– copy of any bill statement
Note:
1. Illegal application, unauthorized opening of the water meter, or tampering of the meter will be subject to penalties and violations.
2. Account number will be provided once 1st bill is issued.
