Yes, pets are allowed in Urban Deca Homes Tondo Manila but WITH RESTRICTIONS.
1. Each Unit is allowed 1 pet for units located at 2nd and 4th floors only of UDH Buildings.
2. Only small breed dogs or domestic cats with weight, not more than 20 lbs and height, not more than 2 feet when seated.
3. Requirements prior move-in of pet:
– Filled up Pet Registration Form from Property Management Office
– Pet Waiver
– Pet Picture (whole-body)
– Updated vaccination record
