Orientation for new unit owners of Urban Deca Homes Tondo Manila is available before the set move-in date. If you missed any information during the orientation, the following can help you.

Remember that you’re supposed to receive these through e-mail after the orientation process. If in any case no email was received, please contact Property Management Office in which lot (lot 1-9,10,12,13 & lot 2 -1,2,3,5) you belong.

What is condominium, parking and special assessment dues?

“Condominium dues refer to the fees and assessments levied by the Condominium Corporation against the Owners to cover the payments of expenses and other charges for the project. This should be settled monthly for the sustenance of the community.”

“Special Assessment includes Real Property Tax, Insurance, other taxes & licenses.”

“Condominium unit and parking dues will commence 30 days from the loan or purchase take out date.”

How much are condominium, parking, special assessment dues?

Condominium dues are at Php 36 per sqm. Special Assessment are at Php 14 per sqm. Parking Dues is 27.50 per sqm.”

“Real Property Tax asessment will fall every January, covering January to December [annually].”

BILLING & COLLECTION, Office located at B9-205 . From Monday to Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
