Update. As of end of March 2021, BP Waterworks issued bills to unit owners of Building 3. This consist of several months bill. Please contact them for any concern.

This consumption rate notice was posted by BP Waterworks Inc. in the buildings at Urban Deca Homes Tondo Manila on December 2020. The poster mentions granting provisional authority to the water company to charge fixed water rates. The poster also shows the difference between the approved provisional rate by the National Water Resources Board and the applied rate of BP Waterworks, Inc. Using the latter rate we can estimate our monthly water bill.
Please be informed that on February 3, 2020, granted a Provisional Authority (Case No. 19-2862) in favor of BP Waterworks, Inc. (BPWI) to charge fixed water rates.
In consideration, however, of the nation’s current circumstances, BPWI will offer–in the interim–a discount on the approved residential water rates and bill you at reduced rates (below), effective for the January 2021 Billing.
If your monthly consumption raises up to 19 cubic meters per month then, calculate your water bill by 19 cubic meters x Php 39. That should be Php 741. The poster mentioned that the rate is inclusive of 12% tax already.
