Requirements (lot owner):
1. Duly filled Form – Urban Deca Homes Car Sticker / Parking Permit Registration
2. Copy of Vehicle’s Certificate of Registration (ORCR)
3. Copy of Permit to Occupy, PTO (of parking lot)
4. Copy of Valid Identification Card
5. Php 150 for the sticker
Requirements (tenant):
1. Duly filled Form – Urban Deca Homes Car Sticker / Parking Permit Registration (signed by lot owner)
2. Copy of Vehicle’s Certificate of Registration (ORCR)
3. Copy of Permit to Occupy, PTO (of parking lot) from the lot owner
4. Copy of Valid Identification Card
5. Copy of Notarized Lease Agreement between Parking Lot owner and Tenant
6. Php 150 for the sticker
Process:
1. Request for the form from Property Management Office (PMO). Their office is in container van in Lot 2. PMO of Lot 1 also has its own office.
2. Submit all the required documents to PMO.
3. Pay for the parking sticker at the Billing and Collection Dept from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Their office is close every Sunday.
4. Show your official receipt back to the PMO.
5. Voila, one of the security guards will put UDH sticker on your vehicle.

How much is the monthly parking fee in UDH Tondo Manila?
1st option, Monthly rental: The parking fee is not something to be trifled with. For motorcycles, a monthly fee is around Php 1000 to Php 1500. If you’re lucky, some unit owners would also allow Php 800 per month. For cars, the range is between Php 4,000 to Php 5,500. Of course, getting a short-term contract with the unit owner is surely more expensive than getting a long-term one. You can bargain to lower the monthly fee if you choose the latter.
Note: PMO only allows 1 car or 5 motor vehicles per lot.
2nd option, Daily rental: The daily fee would also break the bank. Previously, the PMO lease lots on daily basis. They charge Php 350 for 24hours car parking. You can ask them if you need one for your visitors. There was news that they would stop leasing on daily basis so better get in touch with them as soon as possible so you can find other options.
Contact also @bukmarkph on Facebook for available parking lots. They lease their own parking lots from time to time.
3rd option, purchase lot: Another option would be getting a parking lot under your name. Yes, there is a high upfront cost, but this should be economical in the long run.
You need Php 66,250 to sign it under your name. This amount includes reservation and equity payment. Plus, there should be documents you need to provide. Deca sells parking lots on a tandem (2 lots) and triple (3) parking lot basis. The total price depends on how close it is to the elevator. That means the closest lot to the elevator costs higher than regular ones.
