How to get Resident ID in UDH Tondo Manila?

Requirements (Unit owner):
1. Duly filled Form – Urban Deca Homes Resident ID from Property Management Office (PMO)
2. Copy of Permit to Occupy (PTO) the condominium unit
3. Copy of Valid Identification Card
4. Php 50 for the ID
5. One piece of 1×1 ID picture

Requirements (tenant):
1. Duly filled Form – Urban Deca Homes Resident ID from PMO
2. Authorization form signed by unit owner to request for Resident ID from PMO
3. Copy of Permit to Occupy (PTO) the condominium unit
4. Copy of Valid Identification Card
5. Php 50 for the ID
6. One piece of 1×1 ID picture

Process:
1. Request for the forms from Property Management Office (PMO). There’s a maximum limit of persons that are authorized to reside per unit. A list should be provided to PMO during move-in process. If there are any changes in the list of authorized resident, the PMO should be informed.
2. Submit all the required documents to PMO.
3. Pay Php 50 for the ID at Billing and Collection Dept from 9am to 3pm. Their office is close every Sunday.
4. ID should be released after 2 weeks to 1 month.

There’s a maximum number of persons authorized to reside per type of unit which was mentioned during move-in orientation. Although, they pointed out that this number is a reference only for those using the unit as “unit for rent”, this should still be highly considered due to resident safety.

2 Bedroom unit – 7 persons
